601 Bar & Grill in Addison

It’s sad hearing these comments about 601. I was there when a customer called the owner a B**** and the owner handled it very professionally. The customer wanted wings to go and was told it was for dine in only. The customer did take her left over wings home in a box provided by the restaurant. The way this customer spoke to the staff was vulgar and uncalled for especially in front of the child she was with. We look forward to going back to 601 and hopefully won’t have to see the rude customer there. Keep up the great work 601! You have our support!!

Great selection of tasty treats, there's also a special every night. The wings are usually pretty big and are definitely delicious. Good selection of beers and also make a solid jack and coke. I like the fish fry and their fries are really good. The pizza is a solid deal and they're salads are huge. Try the club sammy, food for days.

Came here on bears sunday 12/29 bartender seems to have more important things on her phone then taking care of customers . Don't think my friends will be coming back .

Great bartenders and the drinks are on point when they are on special

1st time there, I would go back, lots to choose from, eclectic menu.

Good service and decent drink prices

Wednesday night is a great time to visit. Drink specials. Wing specials. Food is great.

Great local restaurant/bar. My wife and I love going there for their weekly specials and amazing burgers. Dave, Deanna & staff are great!

Friggin awesome food and service

Picked a nice local place literally three minutes away got a italian burger bun is soggy soup is half full i ordered regular fries got sweet potato fries! Not great a place! Thanks for the half soup! Best of luck on your future guys!

Great staff and good food nice place to hang out

Food is very good. Steak sandwich special was awesome. Fried fish great. Baked fish not so much. Friendly and nice but service was slow...... Slow...... Slow all three times I was there. I think a seat at the bar instead of a table gets better service. Hope they make some changes to improve timing because this place is clean, cozy, good food, nice beer selection. A little bit of "cheers" feeling in Addison.

Food was DELICIOUS! Eating there during a Bear's game was a bit loud, but the waitstaff was courteous and professional and I would go there again!

The food is always well prepared and delightful, employees provides excellent customer service. I love how neat it is and vibes. I highly recommend this spot.

Came here from the St Charles area on a Saturday in February for lunch with 2 buddies after hitting some balls at the local golf dome. First time for all of us. Super friendly waitress and even the owner Dave came by to give us a genuine welcome. Lots of food choices for a bar menu. Gents sitting next to us recommended the ribs - great choice for all of us. One of us added shrimp to the order and he said the shrimp was great too.. Fall off the bone ribs, good sauce. With a pitcher of Miller Lite on special (chilled glasses), cup of soup, 1/2 slabs for all, side potato, bill came to a very reasonable $53 w/ taxes before a generous and deserving tip.

Good wings and friendly service

Place was good. I would go again. But the handicap parking SPOT Is DANGEROUS. The curbs taper is ALL CRACKED. The lot where it meet at the curb is chunked out.This is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS for any one in a walker or wheel chairBe nice if the strip mall landlord would do something besides count his money. I would give 601 5 stars except for the safety of the handicap area..

Great food friendly staff. I've been coming here for years. Just brought my fiance and her mom. They also loved the food. I highly recommend.

Although the food is better than two stars.. The service isn't. On my third visit there, it was more of the same. With the staff dumping the food down in front of me and not seen them until the check arrived, waving down, and making eye contact with the wait staff for them to act like they didn't see me.. then jumping back on her phone... I'm done with this place.

I had the party melt and my daughter had the chicken tenders. They were great! Also great service.

Patty Melt was very tasty and the house chils are really good. Wait staff was awesome. However, the kitchen took forever to get the food out to us even though there were not many patrons there for lunch.

This is a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have ordered wings on a few occasions and they have been cooked perfectly and are a reasonable price. The owners are a great couple and care about the patrons.

Went on a wed when the wings are .50ea. waitress was friendly but she seem to be in a rush and place was not crowded. The wings came out my wife enjoyed them. I had a burger, even though it is beef. The beef taste overpowered the enjoyment of all the condiments. Lettuce, tomatoe and onion was not provided with the burger, had to request it from the waitress. After receiving them the beef taste was still there. Every bar i go to i always order a bluecheese burger. Will go again but no burger for me

Good food at good prices. Come here often during lunch. Serving food usually takes a while but it is improving. Shrimp soup is delicious.

This is no doubt one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Anytime I go there I am exceedingly happy. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You no doubt will love this place. Warmly recommended.

Loaded beef nachos were great

Local neighborhood place. Prices are reasonable and the food is consistent. The garlic parmesan wings are excellent...the only place I will eat wings. I had the California burger. We also had a a mushroom swiss burger at our table.

Ordered wings after hearing good things about 601, eat the wings when I get home and I’ve got to say that the wings are the worst I’ve ever had they taste as if they were microwaved and are not crispy at all more towards the soggy side! The only reason I have this is as two stars is because the pizza isn’t bad.
